It's a byline that has been on Marcus Gear's business cards since his very first rental unit in 1986. It's a message that comes from the heart – and your heart is where your home truly is.
Marcus's immediate family moved to Palm Springs in 1972. This is his hometown. His extended family – 5 generations now and counting have called Palm Springs “home”. He wishes everyone welcome. Marcus remembers junior high (the original Nellie Coffman) back when the town only had 2 of them. PSUSD was 4 elementary school, 2 junior highs and a single Palm Springs High School. A school field trip in those days was simply walking across Ramon road and into the desert for his biology “plant press” project. Oh, how his hometown has grown.
2024 will be a half century of his Palm Springs experience; an experience that has seen several peaks and valleys and valuations that have swung 50%.to Palm Springs' real estate market. This has been a special market place and knows special market conditions. Marcus is comfortable here.
